Overview

Centrifugal screening machine is a kind of high precision fine powder screening machine. The vibration motor can change the course of materials movement on the surface of the screen.

Rotating screening machine is fit for sieving granular materials containing many fiber, high viscosity or electrostatic, light density, easy reuniting.

The rotating impeller can break the blocks which may gather together easily during working process. The material is pushed by centrifugal airflow force, which makes the fine material out of the sifter; the coarse materials still move forward and discharge into separate collecting device.
Vibration due to its operation principle according to structure, and also called air jet classifying screen.

Application

1. Air jet classifying screener can have 4 decks and 5 output exits.

2. Sieving efficiency is as high as 90% - 95%.

3. The acceleration of impelling type separator is 4.5 times lower than vibrating sieve.

4. Special sieving parts increases the life expectancy and reduces maintenance rate.
