Overview:

Double teeth roll crusher is designed for intermediate crushing of medium hard materials such as coal, coke, limestone, phosphosiderite, sulfur ore and coal gangue. Double roll lump breaker is widely used in laboratory of mining, metallurgical, coal, construction industry and etc.

Application

Double teeth lump pulverizer is composed of a transmission device, a frame part, toothed roller (two and rotating in the opposite direction), mechanical spring device, to form a linkage mechanism etc. Tooth roller rotates, the gear teeth on the roller surface can be biting and coal to hack, feeding from the upper to the income, the product after the break of the rotary tooth roller from the lower part of the belt with. Crushing size is decided by the gap between the two teeth roller surface, when the solid mass of material into the crushing cavity can not be tied to pieces, toothed roller stress increases, the movable bearing compression spring, increased two upper roller gap, discharge the hard object, then borrow the spring restoring the movable toothed roll back to its original position.
