Overview

Double roller compaction dry granulator is a simple and low cost method, once extremely common and again becoming more popular because of its simplicity and cost efficiency.

Double roller pressing granulator is used to make granules directly from dry powder with crystallized water within materials. Especially suitable for granulating those materials that can not be done by wet granulating method.

Dry granulation roller compaction machine helps to increase the size of powders, making it easier to form granules.

Roller compactor granulator has fewer process stages than wet granulation. First the different ingredients are weighed and combined in the required proportions, and then the resulting mixture is compressed by roller compaction for the first time. This compression can make the material become a sheet which will be then milled into granules with agreed density.
